Caught Driving With G1

What would typically happen if you are caught driving with your G1 alone.?

Question: My friend drives with only his g1, he was pulled once by the police and the officer did not acknowledge that he wasn't supposed to drive with a g1 license. So he got off the hook, what would typically happen if you were to be pulled over with a g1 license.

Answer: yea right like cops are in the habit of letting traffic offenders go? I dont belive your friend and either should you, his hip boots are not deep enough. Cops now a days areest you and dend you home with your parents, one thing I do know, if he did get caught and let go, the cop would have also told him to park the car or he would be arrested. So if he is out driving like a fool, he told you a fish story.

Question: I Got my G1 and My schools Pretty far like a hour bus ride and I have a car that I'm under part insurance right now and I was just wondering what would happen if I get caught going to school without a incensed driver with me

Answer: As a holder of G1 license you must follow a list of conditions. To be accompanied with a competent licensed driver is one on them. If you violate any of the graduated licensing conditions for your class of license, your license will be suspended for 30 days. The suspension counts from the day you surrender your license. If you will not hand over your license you may loose it up to 2 years.
